After all, everyone has a mission statement, but only the great organizations also have people who are on a mission.” He as has long been a favorite when it comes to learning about leadership. This ongoing course will continue to grow as learning leadership never ends. Here is a question to ask yourself as a team but also as members of a team. How will you invest in each other so you feel valued and appreciated? Considering everyone has opportunities to grow, this course will teach you how to identify growth opportunities in each team members that builds loyalty and an ownership mentality. If you want or need to grow the practice, you have to grow your team at the same time.
